Stimpson’s GS® 4-8 brass eyelet is part of an eyelet group consisting of a matrix of 72 eyelets where the length and outside barrel diameters are graduated by 1/32”. The GS® 4-8 eyelet is designed with an overall length of 0.277”, a hole size of 0.097”, and its metal thickness is 0.009”.  The flange diameter of this eyelet is 0.2”, with an outside diameter of 0.121”, and a length under flange of 0.25”. Stimpson’s GS® eyelet fastening system provides manufacturers the flexibility of utilizing all lengths of the same barrel diameter without changing setting machinery.
